How to use your keycard
Want to skip the app or kiosk? The fastest way to checkout a GREENbike is with the keycard. Every annual member is sent a GREENbike keycard in the mail. GREENbike has two types of keycards for annual members: the RFID sticker on the back of a Hive Pass and the keychain fob. Watch this video to learn how to use it.
How to use the cable lock
Need to run a quick errand and there is no station nearby? You can lock your bike up during your hour trip with our cable lock! There is a cable lock in every GREENbike basket. Watch this video to learn how to use it.
How to return a bike
Once you are done with your trip, return your bike to any of GREENbike's stations! To properly return your bike you must firmly push the bike back into a dock. Watch this video to learn how to do that.
Call 801-333-1110 if you properly returned a bike and it does not register or if the GREENbike system messages you about your trip not being closed.
